Approach
Public health service
A message like the one in this sample was received by the population (all generations) in Portugal at the time of the pandemic. The problem here is the complexity of simplifying a message that has two limitations: the number of characters and the non-applicability of accents. The aggravating factor, in this case, is the difficulty in presenting the information clearly. Also, the sender does not look legitimate ("2424").
1. SMS for the COVID vaccine

COVID19: Jose, vaccination 27/02/2021 at 13:10 in building Saude S. Loirenco . Answer:
SNS.NUMBER
CITIZEN.YES/NO UNTIL 23 FEB EX: SNS. 111111111.YES
UX Idea
The solution to the first problem was to clarify who sends this message: National Health Service or SNS24 were two possible answers. As for the text, I created more personalization in order to establish trust and tried to clarify the message.
